Troubleshooting course video issues

If the course videos aren't working here is what to do:

  1. If a video does not appear, just appears as a black box, or has audio only it may be an issue with your browser's cache. Try clearing your browser's cache.
  2. If there is no video in an assignment or an error message, contact us and we'll dig deeper. Try to include a link to the video assignment so we can troubleshoot it faster.
  3. If you are experiencing choppy video playback or spending lots of time waiting for videos to load or buffer, these steps may help improve your ability to watch videos.
